Summary
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is used to prevent unauthorized logins by malicious third parties, however MFA operation can be time consuming and confusing at times. To resolve these issues, IIJ's IDaaS/IIJ ID Service is equipped with a biometric authentication and swipe-only smart key authentication methods that do not place a burden on the user, and handles user ID management across a variety of systems and applications. This service provides user-friendly ID management while strengthening authentication for Microsoft 365 and remote access, that are often used for remote work.
In addition, we will introduce the challenges companies in the US face when adapting MFA and the solutions.
