Summary
In this seminar, we introduced you to a lecture that was presented at an event called "Digital Workplace Day" organized by Internet Initiative Japan (IIJ) last November.
IIJ received a number of RFPs (requests for proposals) for digital workplaces and zero trust projects from customers, and made proposals for solving customers' challenges. Kaga, our speaker of this seminar, will introduce what kind of challenges customers actually had and how they are trying to solve them by aggregating and analyzing a large number of RFPs. Through the analysis, Kaga learned what he didn't even expected to find. With the new perspective, he will explain what functionalities in IT customers really need, and what they are going to be needing in the days ahead.
