Summary
As online communication is progressing, the "new work style" becomes the standard. While we may often faced challenges not only implementing cybersecurity countermeasures but also invisibility of how employees work. When practicing work style reform in an organization, in addition to applying cybersecurity countermeasures and establishing internal rules, companies are required to increase employee productivity by utilizing currently available technologies.
In this seminar, we introduce how to actively use "PC logs" for other than security countermeasure in work from home era by using LanScopeCat with a perspective of labor force management.
